1. We accept Visa,
MasterCard,
American
Express, Discover, Bank Wire Transfer, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks,
Checks, and Purchase Orders (government agencies ONLY) as methods of payment.

No returns are allowed on software and consumables (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables). All
sales on software and consumable
items (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables) are final.
3. Free
GROUND shipping available in the continental United States and Canada. Expedited
shipping also available at additional cost. AutoIDGlobal.com offers
Drop-Ship from manufacturer if an item is out of stock in
our warehouse, however, Drop-Ship may take up extra time in shipping, please call for details.
4. The freight may change if an item has to be drop-shipped from manufacturer, we will notify the customer the change either by telephone or email prior to shipment.
5. International shipping
is available at extra cost. Please call prior to make order.
6. All prices
are subject to change without notice.
7.
All
logos and product pictures are trademarks of their
respective names. All product pictures and descriptions are
direct from the manufacturers.
8.
All
items come with the factory new warranties which vary from
item to item.
9.
Any
purchases made from AutoIDGlobal.com
signifies your agreement
with all of the above terms.
Return Policy
1.
All hardware returns must be pre-approved. Please request a Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) number by email stating the
reason for return before returning any items. AutoIDGlobal.com will not accept any returns without RMA number.
2.
All RETURNS & EXCHANGES are subject to 20%
shipping and handling fee except manufacturer certified
defective items. Majority of the returns and exchanges are due
to incorrect connections and other basic issues, we would like
to advise customers double check the items being selected prior
to placing orders.
3.
All UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSAL orders are subject to 20%
shipping and handling fee plus a penalty of $25.00.
4.
Item returned must not be opened, used or tampered. The
returned item must be in its original packaging.
5.
Defective item may be returned for replacement only within
30 days. After 30 days, the defective item can be repaired
or replaced by the manufacturers of the item within the
warranty period of the product.
6.
No returns are accepted 30-days after delivery.
7.
Shipping cost for return is the sole responsibility of the
buyer
8.

accepted for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with
identical product.
